I can receive or send e-mail

's Computer Specifications

I have tried checking all of the connections according to the help menu. I
can send and receive on VerizonWebMail using the same user name and password.

Do you get an error message when you try to send or receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
