My outlook express works but not my office 2003. What should I do?

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to wireless networking, such as
microsoft.public.windows.networking.wireless

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional. (BTW, you should never use Access over a
wireless LAN connection)
