I cannot receive messages in Windows Mail, below is the error message I'm
receiving. I have tried reading other similar posts and changing my settings
according to the instructions given to those, but it does not work for my
particular case. Please help! Thanks!

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was 'Prettyman/ACE/FAA@FAA'. Subject 'Chris',
Account: 'mail.mchsi.com', Server: 'mail.mchsi.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 [PERMFAIL] destination not valid within DNS', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Please don't just go changing settings to what has been recommended
for someone else, because each mail provider has a unique set of correct
settings.

The email address you are sending to is not valid. The last part should
probably be @FAA.gov.
