I can receive but not send email -- what do I do?

's Computer Specifications

I can receive email but my outgoing email is still in the Out box. I checked
to be sure the right settings but nothing happens. What do I do to fix this?

Who is your mail provider? What sort of account? (POP, Exchange, IMAP etc)
What version of Outlook and Windows and what AV and firewall apps are
running?
