Can receive AOL email but not read in Outlook 2007

's Computer Specifications

I can receive email generated through AOL, but cannot open and read it in
Outlook 2007. I can't find a post on any of the threads regarding this. Any
ideas from anyone to correct this?

Why not? What do you see? What happens when you try?
