Can "Read request accepted" be used without receiver actions?

I'd like to know when someone opens the email I sent them within our outlook
network, but I don't want them to have to click yes or no every time they
receive mail from me. Is there a way to just set outlook to show which email
has been opened and by whom without having the receiver do anything special?

Each user would have to set their option to "Always send a response" under
Tools/Options/Email Options/Tracking Options. You could set this for all
users using Group Policy (if you have a Windows Active Directory domain -
refer to http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/he...513711033.aspx).
