How can I put text *next to* a Text Area in a Form?

My question is: How can I get user information to the right or to the left of
the text area on a form? Right now the information is ABOVE the text area, and
the whole thing would be more compact and easier to understand & use if the
information was NEXT TO the text area. I tried various things but Front Page is
refusing to allow me to do it. Is seems like there is a simple answer, but as a
new user of Front Page, it is an answer that I do not yet know. Here is the URL:

I'd like the "Example" to be to next to the text area.

Create a two column 1 row table
Place the text in the left column and the form in the right.

I did my guestbook using a form, what I did was create a table inside of
the form as Steve suggested to you. I did 4 rows and 2 columns. You could
add a third column for your examples. This is how it currently looks:
