Can I put custom pointer in presentation mode?

It was brought up to me that it takes time to locate *where* I am writing on
a slide when I add stuff repeatedly as people cannot tell where you pen is on
the screen.

(on a black board, for example, you would see me move to the upper left-hand
side of the black board, so that's where you would look for the information)

This could be fixed if the pointer were bigger (i.e., for example, if a
giant pen were moving on the slide as I position myself to write). Is that
possible to do?
