Can publisher allow me to record video,audio and PP realtime?

's Computer Specifications

Hello group,
I need a way to create PP presentations where the slide is
visible along with the video & audio.
The catch here is that I will not be doing any production
editing. The PP slide and the video/audio need to be
captured in realtime.
Can PP do this?
