Can I promote an attendee to a meeting organizer?

Hello,
Would anyone know if it is possible to promote a meeting attendee to
become the meeting organizer in an active recurring meeting? Basically there
is a meeting organizer who will no longer be participating in the meeting and
needs to promote someone who is in the meeting to be the new organizer.

No, the new meeting organizer would need to regenerate the meeting to become
the organizer.
