Look below your post. The 3rd one down gives 2 much easier methods to do
this than the one Medic8 gives. You can use regular index cards if your
printer handles them or you can get the Avery index cards (see Annie's
answer). The post is from Perry with subject: How do you set up to print on
"3x5" index cards.
