I am trying to find a way to print a Gant chart from data held in an Access
table. Its use is similar to MS Project, however we do not want the
complication of setting up Project in addition to our database.

These newsgroups are for free support.. The regulars in these newsgroups
will galdly help you for free.

Les, beware stevie has a track record for poor/bad design. In fact, this
morning, he has already posted one erroneous answer.

To Steve:
You still don't get it? You never will?
==> No-one wants your advertising/job hunting here!
Over 850 !! users from the newsgroups have visited the website to read what kind of a 'resource' you are... (rapidly increasing..)

To the original poster:
Most people here have a common belief that the newsgroups are for *free exchange of information*.
But Steve is a notorious job hunter in these groups, always trying to sell his services.
And he is known here as a shameless liar with no ethics at all.

Before you intend to do business with him look at:

Les,

I can implement a Gantt Chart for you!

It's up to you whether you ignore the slander of Arno R and his
co-consirator John Marshall and get a solution to your problem or whether
you allow yourself to be swayed by their venom and forego a solution to your
problem. Consider what type of persons they are who spend all their time
spreading their venom rather than making helpful suggestions to the
newsgroup.

Les,

There are plenty of PROVEN commercial solutions out there if you would like
to google.

<my 2 cents>

If this guy was really any good I would think he could drum up plenty
business without imposing his unwanted advertising on a newsgroup which is
meant for FREE advice and assistance.

</my 2 cents>

As most intelligent users of these newsgroups are aware, these newsgroups
are for free support. Stevie has a track record of preying on unsuspecting
users. If he was any good, his repeat business should pre-empt any
requirement to solicit in these newsgroups.

As to slander, stevie needs to find a new dictionary. The word he is
attempting to use is libel, but since nothing that anyone has written about
him is false or malicious, that word does not apply. Of course, the same can
not be said about stevie. His libellous accusations could keep a lawyer in
business for a lifetime, but most of the users of these newsgroups are too
mature to be bothered by stevie's childish rants.

As to not making any helpful suggestions, you only have to go back as far as
yesterday and see a post in this newsgroup where stevie gave the OP the
wrong solution and I had to supply a correct solution. (stevie, this is what
is called libel, you have written something you know to be untrue)
