can powerpoint shows sent as attachments open in full screen?

I would like to send a powerpoint presentation as an attachment. Is it
possible that the recipient can open the attachment and it runs the
presentation straight away with the recipient having to activate it through
powerpoint

If you save the presentation as PowerPoint Show (*.PPS) it will open in Slide
Show mode when opened by the recipient.
