can a pdf file be returned to a regular word document

's Computer Specifications

I created a new letterhead and saved it as a pdf file. Now I want to make
changes to the document but I cannot. Is there a way to reverse the document
back to a regular word document?

Lets you edit the .pdf. Free. But next time ask in an appropriate
newsgroup. This was not an Outlook issue.
