For a normal static dropdown formfield I would agree that adding them
one at a time is a good way to go. Taking the trouble to automate
creating the entries compared to just filling them in would probably
be a wash.
However, one rather clunky way of getting aroung the 25 item list
limit is to link two dropdowns. For example if there are no more than
25 conditions starting with A or B or C, etc, Carol could create a
primary DD listing A-W and XYZ that would auto populate a secondary DD
with the conditions. Method described here:
