Can I paste list of diagnoses into drop down list for form field?

I have not found a way to place the list of diagnoses (long) into the drop
down list in options for a form field. Anyone know how to do this?

Hi Carol,

You need to add the items, one at a time, to a maximum of 25.

The dropdown form field list cannot exceed 25 items.

As other have already mentioned, if this long list is longer than 25
you will have a problem. Problem illustratated here:

Macropod,

For a normal static dropdown formfield I would agree that adding them
one at a time is a good way to go. Taking the trouble to automate
creating the entries compared to just filling them in would probably
be a wash.

However, one rather clunky way of getting aroung the 25 item list
limit is to link two dropdowns. For example if there are no more than
25 conditions starting with A or B or C, etc, Carol could create a
primary DD listing A-W and XYZ that would auto populate a secondary DD
with the conditions. Method described here:
