I would like to be able to see a name I choose for an incoming e-mail
address, instead of just the e-mail address. Is this possible to obtain in
Outlook (2007)? I.e. if I already have this e-mail listed in an address book.

The email address that appears on incoming mail is the one that the sender sets.
