Can outlook automatically insert a signature to every outgoing em.

If you are using Outlook 2003, you can go to Tools, Options, Mail Format, and add signatures to new messages, plus replies and forwarded messages. I know nothing about outlook 2007.

Outlook 2007 also, although the path to it may be different.

Yes this is correct procedure, go to tools then options and then click on
mail format and then you can select signatures button . smith is saying
correctly.
