I have outlook 2002 running on windows xp
I currently sync my HP Ipaq that uses windows mobile 6
no problems
Will i be able to do the same,
if I get Outlook 2007 and run on windows XP

That generally depends on ActiveSync. If your version is recent enough to
be compatible with Outlook 2007, you should be in business.
