Can an outlook 2003 pst file be imported into Outlook 2007?

I want to upgrade my copy of Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007, but I regularly
import pst files from a customer into my outlook. They still have outlook
2003 and I need to know if I can import a 2003 pst file into 2007.

You can, but as posted here regularly niether Import or Export is
reccommended.
In OL File>Open>Data File & browse to the location
