can otlk03 detect automatically the account to use by sending?

I work with 2 accounts in Outlook 2003, one internal and one external. When I
write an e-mail, I have to choose always the account to use. Can this be
automated? Can outlook choose the account depending on the destination
adresses written for the e-mail? (for example, distinguish between the
internal from the external ones)

Not natively. I'm not sure if you can code that ability in. Try the Outlook
programming group.
