Is there a way to sort the Rules that I have set up in alphabetical order so
that they are easier to locate.

Is there a quicker way to add a email address to a rule all ready created.
The only way I know is to copy the email address, then try to locate the rule
and then add it to the distribution list.

I appreciate your help.

No, you can organize the rules.
Can you use the in address book rule and just add the address to the
contacts folder?

BTW - if you are doing this to delete junk mail, address filtering is a
lousy way to manage junk - many spammers use the address once.
