If the archive pst is located in the default location, \Documents & Settings
grouping it may be that you need to 'take ownership'

It should be noted that MS doesnt support the use of a pst over a network as
it can lead to corruption, also if the archive is open at the time or OL on
the target system has a hook into the archive this also could corrupt it,
when you try to access it.
