Can I open a ppt file in a browser, without the browser repeatedly
asking for confirmation?

For example, I open a ppt file in Internet Explorer. I scroll down 10
pages, and I get another "would you like to open this file" message. I
scroll down 10 more pages, and I get yet another "would you like to
open this file" message.

Can I bypass all of these extra messages?
