Use Outlook Express to receive the emails and then use Combine and Decode.

something is causing the attachments to be in the message body, rather than
attachments.

if you can save the code as a text file, one of the utilities at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/decoders.asp may open them. or just try a
different mail client.
