Can only view Secure web sites! Help!

For about a month now, my laptop will only view secured web sites. If i
use it for work and access a secure https:// site, it works fine. If i
go to a site, say msn.com it wont access it. says, "page cannot be
displayed". Email comes in fine unless it has html links in it then
they wont be active.
Any help?
