I can only view replies in autopreview

I'm having trouble viewing replies from a couple of different email accounts.
They show up in autopreview, but that's it. So I can only view the first two
lines.

IT is working on it I suppose, but is there another way to view a reply?
Some sort of work around? I tried clicking on the "reply" attachment, but it
doesn't have a file type attached, and I haven't had success in opening it.
It is always blank.
