Okay ,heres a long story that i'll try to keep short.
I had AVG Firewall installed in my system and i noticed that the other
computers in the house that are networked together , couldn't read my
computer. So i tried to configure the firewall to allow them to see my
system.
That didn't work , so i decided that since i'm already behind a router ,
why bother with the firewall , so i uninstalled AVG.
But i still can't get my computer to see the others or the others to see
mine ,, they can all access each other , but not mine.

I've gone through the network setup procedure on my computer many times
without success.

Is there something that i'm missing??

All systems are running WinXp , going through a D-link router ,, and
before the firewall installation had no problems.

Any suggestions?

Thanks , Gordow
