I have been having this problem off, and on for awhile. When i go to save any
..gif,or.jpg files it automatically makes them .bmp I am limited to only .bmp
it will not allow me to choose another. No matter what that's the
only option i get. I also can not veiw animations.
Also i've tried these options to help, and nothing has helped:
Disk cleanup
Defrag.
Emptying history,temp files,cookies,files.
everything i've done doesn't help.
I've also run my anti virus,spyware etc..I have Zone Alarm suite

Could you please give this some thought, and help me figure this out.
