I assume you're using Outlook 2007. If it's an HTML message, open the
message in your browser -- on the ribbon, click Other Actions, then View in
Browser. Then you can use Internet Explorer's print options, which are
better than Outlook's. From what I've read, Office 2007 Service Pack 1
(whenever it comes out) may have some printing improvements for Outlook.
