I have to attach a document to an outgoing email on a regular basis. The
document is not large but sometimes it does not attach to the email,
sometimes it does. Any ideas?

you mean it attaches but is gone when you look in the sent folder or just
will not attach?

if it attaches and then is missing from sent folder, try pressing Ctrl+S
after attaching. If this works, let us know.

if its something else, we need more details of the problem.
