Can one comment have two indicators?

Would like to have one comment, AND have the indicator be directed to
multiple cells. Is this possible? If so, how? The goal is to have one
comment box that refers to numerous cells. This will be much easier and
simpler than having multiple cells (with the same comment), each having their
own comment box.
