Do you see the images as attachments? If so, that seems normal to me.

Are you double-clicking the message to open it or just using the Reading
Pane?

Does the Infobar state the message was converted to plain text?

When I open an attachment a one page document is divided into two or three
pages, then I have to go into "preview" to have it go to one page, then it
needs to be enlarged because is is only 47% of the size. Sometimes I have
several attachments to open from one email at a time, it's taking too much
time and my I.S. department doesn't know how to fix the problem. HELP!
