Can not use Outlook 2003 to access to Hotmail

I have posted few messages on this forum and on OE forum due to can not find
a forum for Outlook xxxx. My problem:

Note: I deelted and Hotmail a/c (the only one) logoff then logon to recreate
it but still no luck.

I am very surprised (flabbergasted, in fact) that Bear would direct
you here.
I can see no other posts by you in any MS newsgroup, unless you used a
different name.

I see more than 40 newsgroups with Outlook in the name, so I suggest
you try again.
Here is one:
(I don't use Outlook, so I am guessing if this is the most used)

microsoft.public.outlook.general
or, if you use a proper newsreader instead of that quirky web
interface:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...utlook.general

I always use one name: banhien and one e-mail ađress ((E-Mail Removed)).

Ahhh... I see.. You are replying to someone in an Outlook group in
another person's message.

I made the mistake of assuming you had been sent here by Bear as you
intimated, so my search was for Banhein and Robear together, to no
avail.

Your true email was not in your messages here until now, so that is
not relevant.

Trying get thing up, I did try to search around and did find someone's
