My outlook is 2003 SP2
I am trying to add a contact form the addressbook to my contact.
I right click the contact and choose the Add to contact, and there is
nothing happend. no window pop out.

Your Contacts are your Address Book, or should be. You add to Contacts by
selecting an address in an email, not from your address book or contacts.
Right click on the contacts folder, select properties and select Address Book
tab, Show this folder as an Address book.
