I am using Outlook Office web access 2003 on my home computer which is using
Windows Vista Home Premium. I was able to access and use my work email in
Outlook Office Web Access with out any problems up until recently. Now I can
view my emails, but I can not reply to them or start a new message. The
address bars appear and the subject line etc., but in the pane where I would
type the pane is blue and there is a small white box with a red x in it up in
the left hand corner.

a) microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right place
for OWA issues as it is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook.

b) You'll want to tell your Exchange administrator to install the hotfix in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/911829 because you are running
Vista and/or ie7, and that should put the text boxes back on the form.
