Can not start XP's Firewall

's Computer Specifications

I can not start its firewall and get this message.

An error occurred whild internet connection sharing was
being enabled. The dependency service or groups failed
to start.

Can you help me? Thank you for your time.

You can start / run services.msc
Then highlight and click into the properties of ICS,
and look on the dependencies tab.
For each listed pre-req service, make sure that
the named service is set to automatic (in properties
of that service) and started.
You should then be able to start ICS.
