Can not sign into messanger 7.5

I can not sign into the msn messanger .It says unavaliable at this time. I
know its avaliable and think its the spyware causing the problem.I tried
shutting down the antispyware and thought I was succesful until I unistalled
and reistalled the messanger and I get a pop up saying this program was
allowed from the antispyware. Can anyone help with this problem ?
