Can not sent to a smtp server

's Computer Specifications

All of a sudden my existion pop account will not send emails I get a error
message
(ox80042109) cannot connect to your outgoing server.
I can send from the rcn webmail account.

's Computer Specifications

Has RCN changed the server port number? A call to rcn or checking out their
site may tell you to change the number of the outgoing port.

I've also performed a clean boot of Outlook and had success.
