I can not send emails for outlook 2007 or outlook express.

this just started about a week ago.

How is this a suggestion to Microsoft? This is a request for assistance,
correct?

You need to provide more information, such as version of Outlook, type of
account, any error messages and/or error numbers in their entirety.

Since you can send from NEITHER Outlook Express OR Outlook, contact your
ISP for resolution of the issue.
