I am new to this Windows mail and do not use it much and think I screwed
something up by typing in something I should of left alone. I tryt o send
email out of my box and keep gettign the following error. Can anyone help me
out?

25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

You don't have a proper mail server name in your mail account.
You get the correct server names from your mail service provider.
If you need more help, tell us the part of your email address after
the @ symbol.

There aren't any mail clients on any OS that would work with these settings.
You'd have exactly the same problems with a Mac or Linux box.

You can't just make up the server names, you have to enter the ones you get
from your mail provider.

"dean" is not the name of a server. Contact your mail provider's support,
they will have a page with the correct server settings.
