i can not see services mail service tab

i added the pc on a domain and from that moment
i want to use outlook via exchange server. i couldnt change it.be couse
icouldnt find mail service tab on outlook 2000 please help

try the control panel / mail icon

Sounds like you have Outlook 2000 configured in Internet Mail Only mode. You'll have to switch to Corporate/Workgroup Mode before you can configure an Exchange account. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/choosingmode.htm

If you click Help>About in Outlook, what does the second line say?
