I can not longer see any of the documents in My Document folder, if I go to
recent documents and open a file then say Save As it shows the path where it
is but when I open the My Document folder it is blank. I went into
C:\Documents and Setting\chose the user's folder and clicked on the My
Document folder but again it is empty. I have right clicked on to see if they
had checked off Hidden but they didn't. I have no idea what this person has
done to hide them.

In Explorer's address bar, enter:

%userprofile%

to see what is the actual path currently specified in the registry for
your profile (under which your documents folder is normally found).
Could be your profile's path is not in the default location. It is
also possible the documents path is different than for your profile
path. Get TweakUI (a Microsoft powertoy) and look under its "My
Computer -> Special Folders" node to see what path is listed in the
registry for your "My Documents" path.

If you are not logged on under an administrator account, why would you
expect to have permissions to read someone else's documents? You'll
have to be an admin and change permissions if you want to look there.
