Can not See AD in Client (Xp)

i am using vmware workstation that makes virtual network.
i have win xp pro (on local computer) and server (vmware)
my domain works well but i can't see active directory on
xp. i see it in server
when i am loging in to local computer not domain because
i must first run vmware then i have DC.
