When I try to restore my system. I can not do this.

If you mean XP's System Restore, see MVP Bert Kinney's pages here:

If you mean a restore to factory condition of an OEM machine (HP,
eMachine, Sony, etc.) refer to your computer manual or look on the OEM's
tech support site for your specific model machine.
