i use outlook2003 at work. this outlook never allow me to reply and forward.
everytime i try to reply or forward emails, same error message shows: 'the
operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If
you continue to receive this message, contact your server adminstrator or
internet service provider (ISP) ' any body can help?

So what did your mail admin or ISP say about it?
Which mail account type are we talking about here?
