Can not remove a program

on "Add or Remove Programs" i'm trying to remove a program with no luck.
After pushing the Change/Remove botton nothiong happend and the line stay.

May be that program was removed not in the formal way!!

Still, how can I remove that line or get more info ???

Note: I'v allready tried it in SAFE MODE.

Does the App have an uninstaller in its Program Group folder?
Sometimes a reinstall enables you to then uninstall
