We have a user who can not receive reminder notices.

We have ran Outlook from both another PC and from Citrix to remove the
problem of a corrupt windows profile. (Roaming profiles are not used
for PC's)

>From a machine with system administrator rights we have accessed the
email again no reminders. We have checked all the settings in Outlook
and they are all correct.

We started Outlook using the /cleanreminders & /cleanview...again did
not help


Any ideas?

Is this for the default Inbox? What version of Outlook? What type of
account?

Yes Default Inbox, calendar ect.
Outlook 2003
Standard user account on an Exchange 2003 server.
