Can not receive email from Outlook 03 to yahoo and hotmail email a

i do not receive an error like others do, it sends fine, but i dont receive
it .at the destination (yahoo,hotmail), i can sen emails fine to another
outlook accout in the office.can some one help thanks ? Outlook 2003
