Can not read small font!

For some reason I can not view small font any any
programs, it is real blurry, can someone help me

Several possibilities: 1. Get a new monitor, preferably
a high-resolution, fine-pitch LCD flat-panel. 2. Adjust
the monitor for optimum brightness and contrast. Or 3,
visit an ophthalmologist for a concise eye examination,
for starters.
