Hi,

We use Outlook 2000 and Exchange Server 2000 in our system. Outlook tracking
"a read receipt for all message I send" option selected. when we send mail
in outlook program ( File> new mail) the options is working and read mail
coming but if select a file and ( right click and "send to > mail
Reciepment" ) this file for the option not working.

How can i fix this problem we must track send file read or not.

Select the View-Options dialog and ensure that the check mark is present
before sending any mail.
